Play NowMPEG4 Modifier is a small tool that allows you to change some configuration parameters of an AVI file without having to re-encode it.
The supported video format is MPEG4 ASP that belongs to the DivX and XviD codices.
The user can change the aspect ratio, both for the pixels and the presentation.
It's also possible to change the user information or change the interlaced field order.
Other functions that can be done with MPEG4 Modifier are:
- Add or delete 'packed bitstream'.
- Show information about the used amount of I/P/S/B-VOPs.
- Determine if the video uses QPel or GMC.
